Mackenzie Fischer, LCSW, RPT

With more than 12 years of experience in early childhood education and mental health, Mackenzie Fischer brings a unique perspective to her work with children, families, and clinicians. As a former preschool classroom teacher, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Registered Play Therapist, she understands early childhood from both the classroom and clinical perspectives.

Her work is grounded in the belief that relationships are at the heart of meaningful change. As a Registered Play Therapist working primarily with young children and their families, Mackenzie has a particular interest in attachment, early childhood mental health, and helping caregivers better understand the children in their lives.

Mackenzie brings extensive experience in professional training and education, including facilitating 15-hour attachment-focused workshops, leading five-week parenting education courses, and providing comprehensive trauma-informed care training for educators.

As a mother herself, she also understands the complexity, vulnerability, and joy that comes with caring for young children.

Through Fisher Clinical Collective, Mackenzie brings together her experience as a clinician, educator, play therapist, and mother to offer thoughtful professional education and reflective supervision for those who support children and families.
